United StatesI was reluctant to order from Modholic because I’d read a few bad online reviews. So I called their customer service before placing my order for this cowhide egg chair. The sales representative I spoke with was very nice. He advised they had 1 chair in stock & it would ship immediately after I placed the order. I appreciated the time he took to speak with me & decided to order the chair. True to his word they shipped the chair within 24 hours of my placing my order & it arrived via FedEx about a week later. The chair is beautiful, sturdy, well-made & very comfortable. My overall experience was A+ & we’re likely ordering more furniture from Modholic.
United StatesI was nervous about buying this Cow Hide egg Char sight unseen so I asked for a picture. Although Modholic would not open a crated box (they claimed it would devalue) and snap a picture to email, they were nice enough to let me in to their warehouse for a personal inspection. I was satisfied with the cowhide pattern and quality so I agreed to buy and take it home in the back of my Mini. I’m glad I did- Cool chair at a good price.
