We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience.
Please note that Modholic eliminated the restocking fee on all the returns.
If you’re not satisfied with an item that you purchased on Modholic, you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned. Customer pays all the return expenses unless otherwise verified with a customer representative. Please see the next section if the item arrived damaged or defective; different terms may apply.
Although it is unfortunate, items are occasionally damaged in transit or have concealed damage. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item (Free returns) for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within the following time-frames:
For Items Shipped by Parcel Carriers (such as FedEx, UPS or USPS):
- Damaged and Defective Items: 4 days after delivery
For Items Shipped by Freight Carriers (including White Glove Service):
- Damaged Items: 48 hours after delivery. It’s important to report the issue within that time period so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.
- Defective Items: within 5 days after delivery.
We encourage you to inspect the packaging of the item before you accept the item from the carrier. If the packaging or the item appears damaged when it arrives, you should take pictures of the damage and you may inform the carrier and refuse delivery. In that case, please report the issue within the applicable time frame listed above and you can choose to receive a replacement or a refund.
To report an issue with an item, please email your name, phone number & order number to firstname.lastname@example.org You have to submit photographs of the damaged or defective product and its packaging (the original packaging is required to facilitate a return unless it was damaged in transit and is unusable).
You’ll be refunded the purchase price and applicable sales tax for damaged or defective items if reported within 48 hours with necessary evidence. You will receive a refund for any amount you may have paid to Modholic as soon as they are returned in original packaging.
For items that were not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the shipping costs (whether the item was shipped by parcel or freight); if you use a return shipping label provided by Modholic, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund due to you. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment shortly after Modholic receives and processes the eligible item.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN WAREHOUSE BEFORE ANY REPLACEMENT/REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
You may cancel an order anytime before it ships from our warehouse. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by Modholic, and an order or product is not cancelled until you receive affirmative confirmation from us. If you wish to expedite the cancellation, please email email@example.com and follow up with a phone call during business hours (10Am - 6 Pm EST).
We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests but unfortunately sometimes this isn't possible and shipping charges will ensue. Confirming the cancellation may take some time, because we need time to contact our distribution partners to halt any processing and shipment, and we need to make sure that your order has not already shipped.
Once your product(s) ships you will have to follow the return procedure detailed above if you no longer want the product.
